You’ll sit right between business operations and product development, turning operational challenges into structured, high-performing processes and scalable technical solutions.\nThis is an analytical, highly hands-on role. You won’t just produce theoretical diagrams - you will spend time on the floor, analyze workflow data, design detailed process specifications for software developers, and ensure seamless rollouts across our multi-country fulfillment network.\nWhy this role is exciting\nHigh-impact transformation: You will directly shape how our last-mile logistics operate as we scale across five European markets.\n\nTech and automation focus: Work in an environment leveraging advanced warehouse automation, robotics, AI-driven decision systems, and autonomous last-mile delivery.\n\nBridge operations and tech: Turn real-world fulfillment center friction into actionable engineering specifications and product roadmaps.\n\nBuild for scale: Standardize methodologies across multiple sites while ensuring solutions are robust enough for rapid international expansion.\n\nDirect ownership: See the immediate operational impact of your work in metrics like cycle time, cost-per-order, and fulfillment accuracy.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nProcess Analysis & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes across fulfillment center and last-mile operations.\n\nProcess Design & Specification: Develop and document detailed target process designs, translating business requirements into technical specs for Product Owners and developers.\n\nMethodological Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, VSM, and Ishikawa frameworks to streamline operational workflows.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, software developers, engineering, and local operational teams to validate, test, and implement solutions.\n\nBusiness Case & KPI Tracking: Define process KPIs, build business cases (ROI, budgets, timelines), and track the measurable impact of improvements post-rollout.\n\nImplementation & Readiness: Write SOPs, prepare change management documentation, and support site teams to ensure smooth process rollouts.\n\nContinuous Improvement: Feed field insights into continuous improvement roadmaps and strategic operational initiatives.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n2-3 years of experience in operations, process engineering, or JIT logistics within fast-paced environments (e-commerce, retail, automotive, or 3PL).\n\nStrong process toolbox: Hands-on mastery of methodologies and tools like VSM, DMAIC, Ishikawa, and SIPOC.\n\nData-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills paired with advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, complex formulas) to evaluate KPIs and drive decisions.\n\nTech-translating ability: Proven experience translating operational business requirements into clear process documentation for software engineering teams.\n\nSolid documentation skills: Experience producing clear SOPs, training materials, and change management frameworks.\n\nLanguage skills: English proficiency at B2 level minimum (written and spoken).\n\nFlexibility to travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% across our operational sites in 5 countries (Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Romania).\n\nNice-to-haves:\nLean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt).\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or statistical analysis software.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with software development teams.\n\nFamiliarity with warehouse automation, robotics, or automated logistics systems.\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nFair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary, no bonus games, no politics.
