It shapes how people feel when they arrive, how smoothly the day runs, and what kind of impression we leave on every guest.\nThat’s why this role is more than “just reception”.\nWe’re looking for a Receptionist who will be the first face people see, the person who keeps the office running smoothly, and someone others can rely on when things need to get done.\nIf you enjoy helping people, notice details others miss, and like being the person who brings order, calm and good energy into a busy day, this role could be a great fit.\nWhat you’ll do\nFront Office & Visitor Experience\nWelcome guests with a warm, professional approach\n\nSupport check-ins, visitor badges and meeting room guidance\n\nCoordinate refreshments and make sure visitors feel expected and taken care of\n\nOffice Operations & Facilities Support\nKeep the office running smoothly - access cards, parking, courier deliveries, mail and daily office coordination\n\nMake sure meeting rooms and common areas are tidy, ready and working as they should\n\nMonitor office equipment (for example coffee machines) and arrange maintenance when needed\n\nCoordinate with building management and external service providers\n\nAdministration & Inventory\nOrder and restock office supplies and refreshments\n\nHandle basic finance admin such as petty cash, receipts and simple invoices\n\nKeep track of office stock and equipment\n\nEvents & Catering Support\nCoordinate refreshments for internal meetings and team gatherings\n\nHelp prepare spaces for office events, workshops and townhalls\n\nTeam Collaboration\nSupport colleagues with one-off tasks when needed\n\nWork closely with Workplace Experience, IT and People & Culture teams\n\nStay proactive and step in when something needs attention - without waiting to be asked twice\n\nWhat we look for\nFriendly, professional and naturally helpful approach\n\nStrong communication skills - in person, on the phone and in writing\n\nGood organisation and the ability to handle several things at once\n\nCalm mindset and practical problem-solving when the office gets busy\n\nHands-on attitude - you don’t just spot issues, you help fix them\n\nEye for detail and a proactive way of working\n\nFluent Czech and advanced English\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nFair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary - no bonus games, no politics.
