As a Senior Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to lead audits, manage client relationships, and develop your technical and leadership skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead Audit Engagements: Drive statutory audit engagements in compliance with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS.\n\nClient Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather audit evidence, and resolve any issues.\n\nRegulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to auditing standards, quality controls, and Companies Act, 2013 regulations.\n\nAudit Documentation: Prepare accurate, complete audit working papers and reports.\n\nTeam Development: Provide guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.\n\nContinuous Learning: Stay updated on changes in auditing standards, accounting, and taxation laws.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nQualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits.\n\nTechnical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and taxation (GST, Service Tax, VAT).\n\nAudit Experience: Prior experience in auditing listed entities or multinational corporations is preferred.\n\nSkills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and audit software.
