The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, architecture, integrations, data, and security.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.\n\n- Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.\n\n- Lead architecture discussions with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams.\n\n- Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce platform capabilities.\n\n- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.\n\n- Define Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing, access controls, and governance.\n\n- Review technical designs and ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical leads.\n\n- Identify technical risks, performance issues, and scalability concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.\n\n- Oversee deployment, release management, and CI/CD processes.\n\n- Participate in technical estimations, solution proposals, and client presentations.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.\n\n- Stay updated with new Salesforce features and recommend suitable platform capabilities.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with significant experience in solution/technical architecture.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, sharing, and governance.\n\n- Strong hands-on understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce automation.\n\n- Extensive experience designing Salesforce integrations and API-based solutions.\n\n- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.\n\n- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.\n\n- Experience leading technical teams and large-scale Salesforce implementations.\n\n- Good understanding of Salesforce deployment, Git, CI/CD, and release management.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect.\n\n- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is an added advantage.\n\n- Experience with MuleSoft, OmniStudio, or other middleware/integration platforms.\n\n- Experience with Revenue Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Field Service, or other Salesforce clouds.\n\n- Experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.\n\n- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nSkills\nSalesforce Architect, Salesforce Integration, Solution Architect, Apex, Salesforce LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Support, SFDC Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud","description_format":"text","description_chars":3003,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Recruiting & Staffing"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T04:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":16,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":0.6,"p_active":0.601,"p_room":0.45,"age_days":42,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["seen:42","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/rojo-integrations-salesforce-architect","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/rojo-integrations-salesforce-architect.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T13:04:47Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4650,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":350,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
