Salesforce Technical Lead to lead Salesforce development projects, drive technical architecture, and guide the development team in delivering scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead Salesforce development and implementation projects from design through deployment.\n\n- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.\n\n- Design technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers.\n\n- Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.\n\n- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.\n\n- Work with Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and automation.\n\n- Lead technical discussions with clients, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.\n\n- Identify technical risks and provide appropriate solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues.\n\n- Manage Salesforce deployments using Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD tools, or other deployment methodologies.\n\n- Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits and performance best practices.\n\n- Participate in estimation, technical planning, code reviews, and release management.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.\n\n- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations.\n\n- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.\n\n- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.\n\n- Experience leading Salesforce development teams.\n\n- Good knowledge of deployment tools, Git, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD.\n\n- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.\n\n- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect is an advantage.\n\n- Experience with OmniStudio, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms.\n\n- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, FSC, FSL, or other Salesforce
