The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, automating test cases, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications.\n\n- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.\n\n- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.\n\n- Automate Salesforce testing using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar automation frameworks.\n\n- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.\n\n- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools.\n\n- Test Salesforce integrations with external applications and systems.\n\n- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira.\n\n- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, execution, and release validation.\n\n- Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and product teams to identify and resolve issues.\n\n- Perform regression testing during Salesforce releases and deployments.\n\n- Maintain automation frameworks and improve test coverage and execution efficiency.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing.\n\n- Strong experience in Salesforce functional and automation testing.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Provar, or other Salesforce automation tools.\n\n- Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.\n\n- Experience testing Apex, Flows, LWC, reports, workflows, and Salesforce configurations.\n\n- Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman.\n\n- Good understanding of SOQL and Salesforce data models.\n\n- Experience with defect management tools such as Jira.\n\n- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform certification.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD and automation pipelines.\n\n- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Python for test automation.\n\n- Experience with Git and version control.\n\n- Experience working with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.\n\n- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release
