The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce testing, test automation, and Copado Robotic Testing.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).\n\n- Automate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.\n\n- Create reusable test scripts and automation components using CRT.\n\n- Execute automated test suites across Salesforce environments and releases.\n\n- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Flows, Apex, LWC, integrations, and business processes.\n\n- Analyze test results, identify failures, and perform root-cause analysis.\n\n- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira or similar tools.\n\n- Maintain and optimize existing CRT automation scripts and test suites.\n\n- Integrate automated testing into Salesforce CI/CD and release processes.\n\n- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, QA teams, and release managers.\n\n- Participate in test planning, sprint ceremonies, release planning, and defect triage.\n\n- Support UAT and production validation activities.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).\n\n- Strong experience in Salesforce test automation.\n\n- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.\n\n- Good understanding of Salesforce objects, data model, Flows, Apex, LWC, and integrations.\n\n- Experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts.\n\n- Good understanding of Salesforce releases and deployment processes.\n\n- Experience with Jira or similar defect management tools.\n\n- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Copado Robotic Testing certification or relevant Copado certification.\n\n- Experience integrating CRT with CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Knowledge of Copado DevOps and Salesforce deployment processes.\n\n- Experience with API testing using Postman.\n\n- Knowledge of SOQL for data validation.\n\n- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.\n\n-
