In this role, you’ll own our Financial Services product area, helping our customers seamlessly sell, serve guests, market, and manage their businesses.\nReporting to our Head of Product, you’ll dive deep into customer problems, using insights and data to craft smart strategies that drive real results. You’ll lead a cross functional team to launch, scale, and continuously improve our payments products and integrations on a global stage.\nFrom writing crystal-clear user stories to ensuring smooth collaboration across teams, you’ll be the go-to person for your domain-keeping everything on track and everyone aligned. Passionate about customer success, you’ll be driven to deliver real value, making an impact where it matters most.\nThis role is based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.\nWhat You'll Do\nObsess customer success by deeply understanding our customers’ businesses, pain points, and the ‘why’ behind their challenges.\nOwn the roadmap for our payments and financial services products, including our integrations with third-party providers like Adyen, Stripe and CyberSource.\nLeverage data-driven insights-both qualitative and quantitative-to shape a customer-centric product strategy that solves real problems.\nBalance competing priorities across a diverse customer base, leading a cross-functional team to launch, iterate, and scale solutions globally.\nCraft clear, compelling product documentation, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, to align engineering, marketing, and operations teams.\nBe the go-to person for your initiatives, ensuring internal and external stakeholders-including our Payments Operations team and executives-are aligned on priorities, resources, and progress.\nAdvocate for customers at every step, bringing passion and a strong product mindset to consistently deliver real value.\nRaise the bar by defining clear goals and key results to drive success for the product team and the solutions we build.\n\nAbout You\nYou’re passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and thrive on solving complex problems with strategic, customer-centric solutions.
