The role works closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support efficient production execution, optimize operational performance, and achieve delivery, quality, and cost objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Production Planning Support\nSupport the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.\nMonitor production order progress and update planning status in the ERP system.\nCoordinate with Production Controllers to ensure production schedules are executed as planned.\nEscalate production delays, material shortages, or scheduling issues to the Production Planning & Control Manager.\nSupport production schedule adjustments based on operational priorities. 2. ERP & Production Control\nPerform accurate ERP transactions related to production orders, goods receipts, stock transfers, inventory adjustments, and production confirmations.\nMonitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and ensure timely completion and closure of production orders.\nInvestigate and resolve routine ERP transaction discrepancies with relevant departments.\nMaintain accurate production planning records and inventory data within the ERP system.\nSupport inventory accuracy through timely and accurate system transactions. 3. Slow Moving WIP Coordination\nCoordinate the availability of production materials and movement to support manufacturing schedules.\nAssist in investigating production flow stoppage and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.\nMaintain accurate records of SMWIP inventory and related ERP transactions where applicable. 4. Operational Monitoring & Reporting\nCollect, compile, and analyze production performance data.\nMonitor key operational KPIs focusing on production leadtime adherence\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.\nHighlight production variances and support the implementation of corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate production documentation and planning records. 5. Continuous Improvement & Compliance\nParticipate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.\nAssist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.\nComply with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality Management System (QMS), and company policies.\nPromote 5S workplace organization and good housekeeping practices. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nProduction Schedule Adherence\nERP Transaction Accuracy\nInventory Accuracy\nProduction Material & Consumable Availability\nWork-in-Progress (WIP) Accuracy\nProduction Order Closure Timeliness\nTimely Submission of Production Reports\nCorrective Action Closure Rate\nSafety & 5S Compliance Qualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.\n0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations, or engineering support.\nFresh graduates with relevant industrial training or internship experience are encouraged to apply.\nBasic understanding of production planning, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
