You will execute RFx events and auctions in alignment with category strategies, ensuring sourcing activities are delivered on time and to quality standards. A critical part of your role will be analysing supplier bids, preparing evaluation reports, and supporting negotiation activities to enable competitive and value-driven decisions.\nYou will also manage supplier engagement throughout the sourcing process, providing training and guidance to ensure smooth participation in e-sourcing platforms. Maintaining accurate data and documentation in e-sourcing systems and ensuring compliance with procurement policies will be essential. By combining strong analytical skills with attention to detail, you will help optimise sourcing processes, enhance supplier experience, and contribute to the organisation’s overall procurement success.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with suppliers and stakeholders, and is passionate about driving efficiency and value through best-in-class sourcing practices.\nKey Accountabilities:\nManage e-sourcing events (RFx, e-auction) from setup to completion, ensuring alignment with category strategies\nAnalyse supplier responses, prepare bid evaluations, and support negotiation activities\nProvide training and guidance to suppliers on tools and processes\nMaintain accurate data and documentation in e-sourcing platforms while ensuring compliance with policies\nAnalyse sourcing outcomes and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities\nWork closely with suppliers and build strong relationships\nWork closely with Global Category teams and business units to align sourcing activities with business needs\nIdentify opportunities to enhance sourcing processes and tools\nKey Experiences and Qualifications:\n+3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories\nProven experience managing end-to-end RFx events with strong expertise in sourcing activities, including bid analysis and negotiation preparation\nExperience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry\nUnderstanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments \nWorking knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa (or equivalent such as SAP Ariba) sourcing solutions\nDemonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others\nProven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives\nPassion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma\nWhat do we offer:\nPrivate healthcare and group life insurance\nAnnual bonus\nmyBenefit platform/subsidy for Multisport cards\nInternet and electricity allowance for remote work\nIncreased funding for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) program; Rolls Royce Sp. z o.o. contributes 3% to this program\nAdditional vacation days based on length of service with the employer\nHybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home)\nWork in a modern office located in the Krakow centre - the Unity Tower (ul.
