Job Description Customer Responsible Charges (CRC) Manager - Transformation and Performance Full Time/ Hybrid (3 days per week on site) Derby (global role) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Responsible Charges (CRC) Manager - Transformation and Performance to join the Aftermarket Team in Derby. The CRC Manager (Transformation & Performance) will lead the delivery of the Civil Aerospace CRC improvement and transformation agenda, driving both immediate performance recovery and longer-term operating model change. Working directly for the CRC Taskforce Lead, the role will act as the central integrator, performance lead and transformation manager across the CRC programme, bringing together operational, customer, commercial, finance, legal and digital teams to improve end-to-end CRC outcomes.
