The Digital & IT Partner acts as the single point of accountability for business technology outcomes within the Partnering Domain. This role moves beyond reactive support, serving as a trusted advisor who ensures that D&IT strategies are closely aligned with business objectives. You’ll help establish a roadmap of future capability development that is then prioritized, sponsored, invested in, and delivered enhancing business performance.\nWhat you will be doing:\nEnhanced Strategic Alignment and Collaboration - Accountable for managing strategic digital relationships across the business and Digital and IT to ensure relevancy and performance for the business (cost, delivery, SLAs etc). Working with business stakeholders and product managers to understand and develop business strategies, requirements, and processes and translate those into clear value propositions and requirements for digital capability while ensuring the Digital and IT strategy supports the business goals.\nEnhanced Business Agility - Ensure digital roadmaps remain relevant and associated multiyear investment plans are in place to unlock digital value and maintain business continuity\nIncreased Cost Transparency and Control - Ensure that total cost of ownership for digital capabilities is clear, and decisions taken consider through life investment commitments and digital capabilities deliver business benefits to time, cost, and quality - with appropriate sponsorship, governance and escalations in place across the Business teams and Digital and IT\nOptimized Service Delivery - Ensure that IT services remain appropriate and relevant within your area of accountability.
