Ensure issues and risks are resolved to meet project timescales.\nDevelop, implement, validate, maintain and continuously improve digital manufacturing systems and/or methods which are capable of meeting and continue to meet requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time. Capture, analyze and use data to demonstrate and improve the current and future capability of manufacturing processes.\nDeploy and implement standardized Digital Manufacturing processes and technologies working across the Commodity and Production lifecycle with Design and Operations functions ensuring business readiness in terms of people and process change to maximize the business benefit.\nBasic Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree Engineering or Engineering Technology with 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Systems Engineering; OR\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Engineering or Engineering Technology; OR\nIn lieu of Degree; 6+ years’ experience in Manufacturing or Manufacturing Operations in a technical capacity\nIn order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience using TeamCenter to author documents and work instructions for use in the manufacturing, assembly and test environments\nUnderstanding Digital systems (ERP and/or MES) and how they are integrated into manufacturing operations\nExperience leading digital changes in the manufacturing, assembly and test environment\nExperience leading a training course on a technical subject\nGeneral understanding of manufacturing processes\nGeneral awareness of Manufacturing Systems and enabling digital tools used in Manufacturing Engineering\nUnderstanding of Manufacturing and Manufacturing Systems Engineering\nOur vision is to ensure that the quality and dynamism that shaped our history continues into our future.
