Our core business is supplying and maintaining diesel and gas engines and power systems for shipping, energy generation, construction, rail and data centers applications within the Benelux.\nFor our Benelux Sales & Service Center in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for an:\nElectrical Field Service Engineer (m/f)\n(Fulltime | 40 hours)\nIn the role of Field Service Engineer you are able to have a good overview of complex, highly accurate control systems for our engines. Together with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, you play a crucial role in getting these systems to the required performance, by understanding the controls of such systems and looking for the best solutions within those boundaries.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyse and ensure the performance integrity of our engines, gensets and systems. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on our engines as well as on the automation systems.\n\nAnalyse and solve system failures which could be of mechanical, electronic or electrical nature and create reports on your findings and solutions\n\nVerifying the material condition of the systems and equipment and verifying engineering solutions to solve equipment obsolescence problems as required.\n\nPerforming accurate diagnoses on the service of our systems, assisted by the most modern diagnostic systems.\n\nYour Competences:\nSecondary Vocational Education (MBO 3 or 4) in Electrical/Mechatronica direction or equivalent in courses;\n\nAt least 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a field service role\n\nElectrical knowledge and experience in the field of control and automation systems\n\nAbility to work with computers, electronic control systems and measuring equipment;\n\nGood reporting skills in English language;\n\nCustomer-friendly and solution-oriented, a team player, the ability to work independently, a professional appearance and communicative.\n\nWhat we offer\nDepending on your Seniority: Function Group: F, G or H | Salary bandwidth: €3500 - €5000 gross per month;\n\n5% Irregularity allowance (gross monthly)\n\n8% holiday pay; 27 vacation days plus 13 ATV on a full-time basis;\n\nOvertime and Traveltime allowances\n\nCoffee allowance of 38 (net monthly)\n\nGood pension scheme (PME);\n\nProfit-Sharing Scheme;\n\nCompany service car;\n\nBe part of a team of enthousiastic colleagues\n\nCompany Fitness plan\n\nA well-established international organization with wide development opportunities\n\nAbout Rolls-Royce Power Systems\nRolls-Royce Power Systems engineers smart, clean energy and propulsion solutions under the MTU brand.
