Ensuring planning & delivery and advising on ER approaches for groups and individuals.\nWhat you will be doing:\nWorking as part of the UK Employee Relations team, you with work with your colleagues to develop and deliver the ER plan for the Bristol site, working in conjunction with the business leadership teams, people teams and Trade Unions representatives. You will work with other VP Employees, ER Partners and Head of ER based in Derby and elsewhere.
