The Team Lead plays an active role in developing team capabilities, conducting performance reviews and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will act as the key escalation point for operational issues and work closely with the FA&R Tower Lead, Treasury, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are met.\nKey responsibilities\nOperational Delivery:\nCoordinate and supervise day-to-day activities, prioritising tasks and balancing workloads across the team.\nProvide hands-on operational support \nProactively recognizes problems within scope of responsibilities, identifies options and implement solutions.\nProvides operational support to the team for any day-to-day task.\nPerformance Management and CI\nDrives team and process performance through data driven insights\nCoordinates, develops and maintains documentation on projects and team assignments\nSupport Projects including Process re-designing / Process Standardization / Process Optimization\nEnsures that process documentation, Process flow and updating on regular and Timely basis\nDrive automation and process optimization\nStakeholder Management\nProvide clear, concise, and regular updates to all identified stakeholders, both internal and external, and leadership. \nCoordinate with Treasury, Finance, Accounting and other relevant stakeholders\nCoordinate efforts across different departments to address inter-departmental issues and collaborate to deliver the best service experience.\nEscalation Management\nAct as the first point of escalation for operational delivery. \nMonitor team performance in handling escalations and provide coaching to improve proficiency. \nTake Lead in resolving the issues and bring in controls to avoid the occurrence of the issue. Investigate the underlying causes of escalations to identify systemic issues and prevent their recurrence. \nTimely reporting of issues to relevant stakeholders\nRisk, Compliance & Controls\nMaintain and monitor controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with Group Treasury policies and internal control requirements.\nEnsure that controls are operated as design. Strong Governance around all controls as per RCM’s (Risk Control Matrix)\nEnsure prompt closure of audit findings and document them\nTeam Management:\nSupervise and allocate work across the team, ensuring effective workload management and timely completion of deliverables.\nMentor and provide Guidance to peers and other team members\nProvide timely and adequate feedback to team members about their performance\nKnowledge Sharing: Share learnings and insights across departments\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in finance & accounting\n10+ years’ experience in a GBS or BPO setting\nQualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent\nExperience in resource planning, scheduling, and workflow management.\nExperience managing finance teams and driving performance against KPIs.\nProven ability to coach, develop, and motivate people.\nStakeholder management experience at operational level.\nExperience with ERP system: SAP is a must\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or any other equivalent training - desirable but not essential\nSAP S/4HANA \nSkills and Competencies:\nExcellent communication and influencing skills across cultures\nConflict Resolution / Change Management\nStrong analytical and Problem Solving\nDemonstrated ability to embed CI culture within a team.\nExcellent Written and Verbal Communication and Interpersonal Skill\nLanguage: English fluent or bi-lingual \nBenefits\nPrivate healthcare and group life insurance\nAnnual bonus\nmyBenefit platform/subsidy for Multisport cards\nInternet and electricity allowance for remote work\nIncreased funding for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) program; Rolls Royce\nSp. z o.o. contributes 3% to this program\nAdditional vacation days based on length of service with the employer\nHybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home)\nWork in a modern office located in the Krakow centre - the Unity Tower (ul.
