By joining Rolls-Royce, you’ll have the opportunity to work on world-class solutions, supported by a culture that champions belonging, creativity, and your professional growth.\nKey Accountabilities:\nIn this role you will be trained on various operations in the Foundry and your key accountabilities will be :\nBuilding a variety of wax pattern assemblies, using hand tools, gauges, fixtures, etc.\nOperating Muller-Phipps machines injecting a variety of parts.\nDewaxing coated assemblies and wrapping prior to cast.\nWorking in process cell, operating a variety of machines such as cut-off, grind, retech, knock-out.\nPolishing & inspecting to size using inspection tooling.\nWorking to written and illustrated technique sheets.\nWorking to quality procedures.\nImplementing improvement activities.\nQualifications:\nEnthusiastic, good team player, committed to achieving the task.\nAwareness and understanding of business goals.\nOpen to adopting lean practices.\nQuality & attention to detail.\nFlexible to cover a variety of jobs within the team.\nAbility to learn new skills and jobs quickly.\nConscientious individual, able to work without supervision.\nKnowledge of Turbine Systems components and business would be desirable.\nOur vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future.
