We continually pioneer integrated power and propulsion solutions to deliver cleaner, safer and more competitive power.\nKey Accountabilities:\nFace to the Customer - over the whole project timeline from contract signature until commissioning and customer handover of the installation\n\nResponsible for planning, monitoring and securing all of the critical aspects - cost, timeline and quality of the project\n\nEnsuring that the project is delivered on-time, with the expected scope and within budget\n\nCoordinating internal resources, vendors and service partners for the flawless execution of projects\n\nReviews/clarify customer’s specifications & tender documents together with team co-workers.\n\nVisits the customers for the commercial & technical assistance/clarification of the project, application engineering and drawings/documents.\n\nCoordinates with RRPS factories, locations and local suppliers for scope of supply.\n\nConsultation of customer for project solutions of MTU Solutions\n\nSets timelines & coordinates with all involved parties (Sales, Application Engineering, Service, etc.) during the projects\n\nOversees and communication together with purchasing & external suppliers/contractors.\n\nProvides/coordinates replies to the technical inquiries with team co-workers.\n\nPrepares and provide customer project related documentation & presentations where materials are coming for respective oversea locations with getting support from application engineer.\n\nEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors\n\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation\n\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks\n\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques\n\nManage system SAP 4 HANA from end to end according to customer requirement.\n\nReport and escalate to management as needed.\n\nSupport sales team for pre-order stage of project\n\nContinuous improvement of project execution process and tools among team\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Project Management related field\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience with project management experience and/or team-leading experience\n\nHands on experience in using SAP/ERP\n\nGood communication in Japanese and English skills\n\nExcellent attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed well.\n\nWilling to travel within Japan, and overseas whenever necessary.\n\nGood to have growth/team player mind set to lead team as future potential candidate of Manager of Project Management\n\nWe offer excellent opportunities to develop, along with a competitive salary and exceptional benefits.\nPioneer optimum performance\nJoin us and you’ll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for brilliance and innovation.\nOur People are our Power\nWe are an equal opportunities employer.
