Your primary responsibilities include creating and managing purchase orders (POs) to enable timely and compliant transactions, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting issue resolution with suppliers and internal teams.\nA key part of your role will be managing procurement requests (PRs), collaborating with stakeholders to validate requirements, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and audit standards. By combining attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills, you will help streamline operations, maintain data integrity, and deliver a seamless procurement experience.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with suppliers and stakeholders, and is passionate about operational excellence and customer service.\nKey Accountabilities:\nCreate, validate, and manage POs to ensure timely and accurate procurement transactions\nInvestigate and resolve PO and invoice discrepancies, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes\nMaintain accurate PRs and validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency\nIdentify and recommend process improvements related to the operation of tasks such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of customer service \nEnable and support completion of process compliance and licence to operate audits to ensure processes remain fit for purpose and standardised across teams \nWork closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality\nWork on ticket-based system to respond to purchasing requests\nEnsure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements across all activities\nDeliver responsive, high-quality support to stakeholders, ensuring a positive procurement experience\nKey Experiences and Qualifications:\n+3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories\nHands-on experience with PO creation, invoice resolution, and procurement documentation\nExperience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry\nUnderstanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments\nWorking knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa or other procurement tool\nDemonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others\nProven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives\nPassion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma\nWhat do we offer:\nPrivate healthcare and group life insurance\nAnnual bonus\nmyBenefit platform/subsidy for Multisport cards\nInternet and electricity allowance for remote work\nIncreased funding for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) program; Rolls Royce Sp. z o.o. contributes 3% to this program\nAdditional vacation days based on length of service with the employer\nHybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home)\nWork in a modern office located in the Krakow centre - the Unity Tower (ul.
