This hands-on role offers exposure to cyber security risk assessment, governance, and operational improvement in a global business. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to help improve cyber maturity and awareness\nWhat you will be doing:\nGovernance & Compliance:\nSupport governance and compliance activities related to OT Cyber Security.\nMaintain accurate documentation and support audit preparation.\nStrategy Implementation:\nHelp deploy and monitor OT Cyber controls, supporting ongoing initiatives.\nStakeholder Engagement:\nCollaborate with operational teams to gather information and communicate cyber security requirements.\nAssessment & Risk Management:\nAssist with periodic maturity assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.\nMonitoring & Reporting:\nHelp track cyber control effectiveness, compile relevant data and produce concise reports for management.\nIncident Response:\nSupport development and maintenance of OT incident response procedures.\nAwareness & Training:\nHelp deliver OT cyber security training and awareness campaigns, collecting team feedback.\nContinuous Improvement:\nSuggest improvements to processes and tools based on operational feedback.\nPreferred requirements:\nKeen interest in cybersecurity, IT, or manufacturing.\nRecent graduate or junior professional in Cyber Security, IT, Engineering, or similar field.\nWillingness to learn about industrial control systems and cyber frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443).\nAbility to analyse technical data and communicate findings clearly.\nProficient with productivity tools (e.g., Excel) and basic cyber concepts (access control, encryption, etc.).\nOrganised and detail-oriented, able to manage tasks and documentation.\nCollaborative, proactive, eager to engage and learn in a fast-paced, global environment\nRegional Benefits\nGenerous Annual Leave\nRetirement Savings through the Rolls-Royce Retirement Savings Trust\nGroup Life Assurance provides for a lump sum benefit if you die whilst employed by Rolls-Royce\nGroup Income Protection provides an income in the event that you are unable to work due to illness or injury\nYour Shares: Matched is a simple way to own Rolls-Royce shares and invest in our future, together.
