It delivers exceptional services across finance, procurement, HR, Data Analytics and Service Management.\nRole Summary:\nThe HR & Payroll Generalist is accountable for the design, governance, effectiveness and continuous improvement of assigned HR processes while supporting the successful delivery of assigned HR projects, transitions and improvement initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess Ownership & Governance\nExecute and own assigned end-to-end HR processes and ensure effective process governance across People Services.\nEnsure consistent process execution across teams, locations and service delivery models.\nMonitor process effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimisation, standardisation and simplification.\nContinuous Improvement & Operational Excellence\nDrive process optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPerform root cause analysis of recurring process issues and define corrective actions.\nUse process metrics, operational data and customer feedback to drive improvement priorities.\nEnsure process changes support service quality, compliance and employee experience objectives.\nPromote standardisation and best practices across People Services.\nStakeholder Management\nFacilitate alignment between operational requirements and strategic transformation goals.\nInfluence stakeholders and drive decision-making without direct people management responsibility.\nEscalate risks, issues and decisions through appropriate governance forums.\nRisk, Compliance & Controls\nEnsure compliance with labour legislation, internal policies and governance requirements.\nSupport audits and ensure remediation of identified gaps.\nMonitor compliance, operational risks and control effectiveness.\nEnsure documentation remains accurate, current and audit-ready.\nEssential Requirements\nSignificant experience in HR Operations, HR Process Management, HR Transformation or Project Management environments.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and service delivery models.\nExperience owning processes, governance activities or assigned transformation initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management, influencing and decision-making skills.\nExperience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP or equivalent) and case management systems.\nFluent English and German.\nAdditional Skillsets\nProcess ownership and governance mindset.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.\nAbility to balance strategic priorities with operational realities.\nStrong facilitation, communication and decision-making capabilities.\nHigh level of accountability, ownership and resilience.\nContinuous improvement and customer-focused mindset.\nWhat do we offer:\nAnnual bonus based on financial results and employee performance evaluation. \nEmployer financed private healthcare at LuxMed for employees.
