It delivers exceptional services across finance, procurement, HR, Data Analytics and Service Management.\nRole Summary:\nHR & Payroll Specialist s upports end-to-end HR processes for the German market, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely execution of operational HR activities across the employee lifecycle. The role requires openness to cross-process collaboration and continuous learning beyond a single HR stream.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperational:\nExecute daily HR operations across all stages of the employee lifecycle (hire to retire), including onboarding, changes, offboarding and personnel administration\nSupport payroll input preparation and validation (data accuracy, deadlines, compliance)\nMaintain employee data in HR systems in line with German labour law and internal standards\nHandle employee and stakeholder inquiries in German (written and verbal)\nProcess & quality:\nFollow existing SOPs and work instructions across all HR streams\nIdentify process gaps, inconsistencies or improvement opportunities and escalate them proactively\nSupport updates of SOPs and work instructions based on process changes or learnings\nCollaboration & mindset:\nCollaborate with other HR streams to ensure end-to-end process continuity\nActively participate in cross-process knowledge sharing and backup coverage\nDemonstrate openness to learning tasks outside the primary assigned stream\nCompliance & risk awareness:\nApply German labour law basics and internal compliance rules in daily operations\nFlag risks, deviations or unclear cases to Senior Team Members or Process Owner\nEssential Requirements:\nExperience in HR operations, preferably in a shared services or international environment\n German at minimum B2/C1 level (business-fluent)\nBasic understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes and payroll inputs\nStrong attention to detail and process discipline\nOpenness to change, learning and cross-functional work\nAn experience with Global HRIS platforms (preferably Workday or SAP) and Case Management tools (ServiceNow or other)\nWhat do we offer:\nAnnual bonus based on financial results and employee performance evaluation. \nEmployer financed private healthcare at LuxMed for employees.
