As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.\nWhat you will be doing:\nOperate within the defined logistics and production processes being accountable for implementing improvement activities as directed by the Logistics leader.\nAccountable for maintaining SAP license and where required TITAN profile.\nEnsures data input into business systems meets quality standards as set by business requirements.\nResponsible to ensure all system moves and accounting (SAP/TITAN) are completed and accurately represented physically.\nAccountable for physical storage of all business, auditory, compliance records including Perpetual Physical Inventory (PPI) count sheets.\nTo manage and control accurate stock and inventory reporting, ensuring executive systems are maintained and business demand are completed via the logistics technicians (including cross plant movements and WBS changes within executive systems).\nEnsures Pick-List is accurate to meet production requirements and subsequently the issuing of material is completed within business SLA.\nEnsures packaging is completed in accordance with work instructions and meets quality requirements.\nControl of Contractors as required.\nTo operate within the defined repairs process (cust unserv) and where appropriate, being accountable for non-complex exports\nResponsible for booking transport requests and liaising with security / police as required.\nTo operate to the relevant policies and procedures as defined and comply with RRMS.\nWho we’re looking for:\nAt Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. They are the fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.\nKnowledge of logistics processes and systems (for example but not limited to, SAP MRP, Titan, Excel and MIS).\nExperience of change management and improvement activities is desirable.\nExperience of working in logistics services or a 3PL environment is highly desirable.\nAwareness of all regulatory requirements in the related subject.\nPromotes and encourages data integrity and process compliance.\nMHE/ lifting and slinging is desirable.\nAppreciation of how role interacts within the wider P&C function.\nExperience of working in a production or operational environment where hazardous material may reside is desirable.\nWe are an equal opportunities employer.
