Responsibilities:\nWhat you will be doing:\nEnsure demand and capacity balance across the Business to ensure customer on time delivery with optimal inventory and drive the business delivery plans and governance to ensure launch & output plans are robust and met.\nLead the business process on confirming launch/WIP control, rates through gates, enablers/risks contributing to the Weekly Operations Review.\nWithin the S&OP process you will consider short term (output robustness / brick adherence plans), medium term (monthly/quarterly performance) and long term (strategic growth, NPI and rate increase).
