This role combines leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with strategic direction.\nYou will monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs and resolve issues promptly while fostering a high-performance culture. A key responsibility is coordinating the development of dashboards, reports, and market intelligence to support sourcing strategies and decision-making. You will ensure compliance with procurement policies, data governance standards, and technology architecture requirements, while driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and templates.\nYou will work closely with Procurement Excellence teams and stakeholders globally to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of services for Group Procurement. By combining strong leadership, analytical capability, and operational expertise, you will help transform procurement operations and deliver measurable business impact.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing talent, and is passionate about leveraging technology, data, and process excellence to drive procurement transformation.\nKey Accountabilities:\nOversee development of dashboards, KPI reporting, and procurement Control Tower outputs to enable data-driven decisions under the direction of the Procurement Excellence team\nPartner with Procurement Excellence and category teams to align service delivery with strategic objectives\nEnsure adherence to data standards, governance policies, and audit requirements across all capability areas\nCoordinate process mapping, documentation, and change management activities, including comms and tech related training materials\nSupport system maintenance, user training and adoption of digital procurement tools\nApply Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving tools to reduce waste, cycle time and rework across procurement processes \nDeliver high complexity and impactful Green / Black belt projects \nManage the transition of new procurement services ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder adoption \nChampion a customer-first culture that prioritises responsiveness, quality and value creation at every touchpoint \nCoach and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement\nKey Experiences and Qualifications:\n7+ years of experience in procurement transformation and service delivery, with some experience in procurement technology operations, analytics, process and/or change management\nDeep expertise in leading procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Ivalua, with strong understanding of ERP system integration and functionality\nUnderstanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments\nStrong background in data analytics and dashboard development\nProven ability to manage process updates, testing cycles and adoption programs\nExperience leading transformation projects and driving process improvements\nDemonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrix organisation\nProven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives\nExperience working in aerospace or defence sector, in both Indirect and Direct Procurement is beneficial\nWhat do we offer:\nPrivate healthcare and group life insurance\nAnnual bonus\nmyBenefit platform/subsidy for Multisport cards\nInternet and electricity allowance for remote work\nIncreased funding for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) program; Rolls Royce Sp. z o.o. contributes 3% to this program\nAdditional vacation days based on length of service with the employer\nHybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home)\nWork in a modern office located in the Krakow centre - the Unity Tower (ul.
