Your primary responsibilities include managing internal user helpdesk requests, resolving supplier inquiries, and providing ad hoc support for sourcing, contracting, and procurement system activities.\nYou will ensure timely resolution of queries, maintain accurate records of issues and solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold compliance and service standards. A critical part of your role will be troubleshooting procurement system challenges and supporting process improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience. By combining strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset, you will help ensure smooth procurement operations and stakeholder satisfaction.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys resolving issues, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.\nKey Accountabilities:\nManage internal user helpdesk requests and resolve procurement-related queries promptly and accurately\nRespond to supplier inquiries and assist with issue resolution related to procurement processes and systems.\nProvide support for sourcing, contracting, and procurement system issues as needed\nIdentify and recommend process improvements related to the operation of tasks such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of customer service \nMaintain accurate records of queries, resolutions, and actions to ensure compliance and audit readiness\nWork closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality\nAssist with resolving technical issues in procurement platforms and escalate complex problems when necessary\nEnsure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements across all activities\nDeliver responsive, high-quality support to stakeholders, ensuring a positive procurement experience\nKey Experiences and Qualifications:\n+3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories\nExperience managing user queries and resolving supplier issues in a shared services environment\nExperience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry\nUnderstanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments \nWorking knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa\nDemonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others\nProven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives\nPassion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma\nWhat do we offer:\nPrivate healthcare and group life insurance\nAnnual bonus\nmyBenefit platform/subsidy for Multisport cards\nInternet and electricity allowance for remote work\nIncreased funding for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) program; Rolls Royce Sp. z o.o. contributes 3% to this program\nAdditional vacation days based on length of service with the employer\nHybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home)\nWork in a modern office located in the Krakow centre - the Unity Tower (ul.
