By joining Rolls-Royce, you’ll have the opportunity to work on world-class solutions, supported by a culture that champions belonging, creativity, and your professional growth.\nWhat you will be doing:\nAs Enterprise architect, you will be operating flexibly across manufacturing processes as defined for component production:\nSupporting machine tools to ensure effective and efficient operation (e.g. part loading/unloading, inspection, consumable management).\nManaging cell workflow to ensure the Kanban system operates as designed and production schedules are met.\nInspecting output from cells and responding appropriately to any errors in line with defined procedures.\nProviding team leadership, coaching and support where required, including undertaking additional responsibilities.\nMaintaining the cell working environment to optimum standards.\nWorking collaboratively as part of a team to produce high-quality products and support continuous improvement activities.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nExperience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.\nUnderstanding of production processes and adherence to technical instructions or manufacturing packages.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team and take ownership of quality outputs.\nExperience supporting or operating machinery in a production setting is desirable.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles such as Kanban.\nExperience in inspection and quality control processes.\nAbility to identify issues and respond in line with defined procedures.\nExperience in coaching, mentoring, or supporting team members.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.\nOur vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future.
