Summary: The Programme Manager coordinates a group of related projects and activities, so they deliver shared outcomes and benefits aligned with P&SC priorities. The role turns agreed strategic direction into a structured programme, integrating scope, schedules, resources, risks and dependencies and maintaining control when priorities or circumstances change. As part of the Portfolio Office deployable resource pool, the role is assigned to a defined programme or group of related projects under a Programme Executive. It retains people leadership for Project Leads and other programme-management resources assigned to its scope
