Job Description Programme Manager - Assembly, Test & Control Systems (AT&C): Projects & Portfolio Derby Full time An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join our AT&C Projects and Portfolio team in Derby. In this role, you will be accountable for the execution of key projects that shape the future capability and capacity of AT&C, at a time when we are growing the business to meet future demand. Additionally, you will provide support to the Programme Executive to ensure the whole portfolio of projects and committed deliverables are executed flawlessly and in line with best practice. This is a key management role within the AT&C MBU, with great visibility across the Civil Manufacturing Operations leadership team and the wider organisation. We are looking for a high-calibre individual with a diverse range of experiences who can bring new thinking and personify the company behaviours. You will possess strong leadership characteristics, high energy and drive, good influencing skills and a proven track record of delivery.
