These roles support the growth and development of the UltraFan Demonstrator Programmes.\nAirframe Integration Manager - Primary engineering and programme interface with Airbus at the working level. Managing plans, deliverable and co-ordination memos between Airbus and Rolls-Royce. Additional to the airframe interactions would be overseeing the overall Demonstrator funding strategy and deliver. Across multiple funding programmes from the UK, EU and German government, totally circa £120million in grant in 2027 alone.\nThe UltraFan Demonstrator Project Programme Manager - will be working for the R&T Demonstrators Programme Executive and will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of the following Demonstrator Programmes. Supporting aligning out strategy to execution. Enabling resourcing, funding and PMO alignment across the Stable of Demonstrators. This is an exciting time in Group R&T with this role offering the successful candidate the opportunity to grow with the UltraFan Demonstrator programme and deliver future of R&T Demonstrator programmes.\nAssembly and Test Programme Manager- As part of the UF30 Demonstrator programme, the design, make and delivery of tooling, is critical to ensure a successful First Engine to test and delivery of the full Engine Development Programme. The role includes the integration of activities between Engine Design, Tooling Design, Manufacturing Engineering within Rolls-Royce and Tooling Manufacturers in the External supply chain. This role will hold accountability within the R&T Demos project team to ensure that the required tooling is delivered in a timely manner for engine build to the allocated budget.\nSupply Chain Delivery Programme Manager - will be working for the R&T Demonstrators Programme Executive and will be responsible for key supply Chain delivery activities across all Demonstrator projects. Launching, managing and prioritising across multiple global suppliers to align Design and Make plan, funding strategy and supply chain strategy. Enabling quick delivery with ambiguity and drive to deliver the Demonstrators EDP. There is opportunity in this role to scope the role to suit the development needs of the successful candidate focusing on integration of complex key part supply chains or industrialisation strategy.\nResponsibilities:\nSpecific Responsibilities across the roles will vary, however as a Programme Manager at Rolls-Royce will can expect to:\nDeliver research and technology programmes including specific government funded programmes of work.\nManaging the end-to-end programme execution, planning and stakeholder management including across organisational boundaries.\nIdentify and resolve resource ‘pinch points’ and support the Work Package Owners in building a high performing team.\nDefine, deliver and maintain the Supply Chain and Procurement Strategy for the assigned Work Packages.\nDefine, deliver and maintain the Programme data and Operating model for the UltraFan Demonstrator Programmes.\nWho we’re looking for:\nDegree level qualification preferable or equivalent industry experience.\nIdeally a member of a professional body or working to achieve appropriate level of qualification (region-specific).\nStrong knowledge of project/programme management principles and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively within a technical or specialist area\nStrong leadership and performance management skills, with the ability to set clear expectations, manage performance and deliver results through others.\nGood understanding of resource management and operational planning, with the ability to identify and resolve resource and operational challenges.\nAbility to work autonomously, using sound judgement to make decisions and knowing when to seek guidance or involve appropriate subject matter experts.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multi-functional teams and influence at different levels.\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks and maintain focus on key programme objectives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex information, identify issues and develop practical solutions.\nRegional Benefits\nOur People are our power, so when join Rolls-Royce you are offered more than a salary.
