Additionally, you will provide support to the Programme Executive to ensure the whole portfolio of projects and committed deliverables are executed flawlessly and in line with best practise.\nThis is a key management role within the AT&C MBU, with great visibility among the Civil Manufacturing Operations leadership team and the wider organisation.\nWe are looking for a high calibre individual that has a diverse range of experiences, can bring new thinking, and personifies the company behaviours. Individuals are encouraged to apply who possess strong leadership characteristics, high energy and drive, good influencing skills, and a track record of delivery. Experience in Infrastructure or other significant capital expenditure projects as well as core PM competencies (Risk, PMO, Finance, P6) would be advantageous but not essential.\nWhat you will be doing:\nDelivery of projects, programmes and portfolios to execute the company strategy, business case and business plans.\nDrive adherence to established PM processes and Governance.\nInfluence, manage and communicate with key programme stakeholders' (internal and external).\nMonitor, control and manage overall programme performance.\nSupport the programme exec to drive execution across the portfolio of projects (planning quality, milestone adherence, capital spend forecasting and accounting, risk management etc) and ensure best practices are deployed and developed.\nPreferred requirements:\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information with individuals at all levels within the organisation.\n Proven experience in core PM competencies, Inc.
