You'll play a pivotal role in delivering critical components to our most interesting projects, working closely with Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) across design, engineering, and shop floor operations. Your influence will extend to governance at all levels, leading our 13-week planning cycle, and driving delivery to meet our ambitious goals. You'll also engage with supply chain teams, creating priority work orders to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities include:\nInterface with internal teams to ensure cohesive programme delivery.\nDevelop materials for internal/external customer reviews.\nSupport business case development and contract bid activities.\nContribute to financial management, including cost estimation and profile management.\nMaintain, develop, and communicate plans using P6, DevOps, and SAP.\nEnsure effective deployment and maintenance of project controls processes.\nWho we are looking for:\nCandidates who embody Rolls-Royce's values: agility, boldness, collaboration, and simplicity.
