As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.\nWhat you will be doing:\nAs a Project Delivery Professional you will get a chance to:\nAccountable for the successful delivery to cost, specification and time for assigned packages of work in-line with business financial commitments. Manage the documentation and artefacts necessary to deliver assigned packages of work in executive systems in-line with change control.\nAct as the focal point for all aspects related to assigned packages of work.\nP6 planning - Lead progress updates of the schedules with the relevant stakeholders\nIdentification and implementation of project management improvements in conjunction with the Project Management Function.\nLeadership of others regarding the project management processes and the operation of the project management systems, tools and methods.\nWhen necessary, deputise for Line Manager and represent the department/business, covering both internal/external reviews or meetings.\nLead the integration of project management activities with other functions i.e. engineering, supply chain, planning & control.\nLead project management governance meetings, propose and make decisions (as appropriate), providing direction and ensuring any escalations are made to project leadership.\nLead stakeholder and communications management activities including customer engagement.\nWho we’re looking for:\nAt Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
