Join us and be part of building something exceptional.\nRole Purpose\nWe are looking for an Associate Project Manager to own defined workstreams or smaller projects within Global Business Services (GBS) transformation programmes.\nYou will:\nTurn agreed scope into delivered outcomes, owning plans and progress\nWork with international teams and PMO colleagues to resolve issues and deliver against agreed time, cost and quality limits.\n\nThis role suits someone with project or transformation experience ready for greater delivery responsibility and is excited by the opportunity to build their career in an international setting, work in our flagship capability centres alongside experienced leaders, and work on more complex work and initiatives as their experience grows\nWhat you will be doing:\nOwn agreed deliverables and outcomes for defined workstreams or smaller projects within delegated scope, cost, time and quality limits.\nOwn and maintain project plans for assigned projects or workstreams.\nMonitor delivery against agreed limits. Resolve issues and take corrective action, escalating exceptions and proposed changes to the Lead Project Manager.\nCoordinate activity across functional specialists, sending teams, delivery centres, the programme office, change teams, and service management teams.\nSupport transition activity through mobilisation, design, knowledge transfer, readiness, go-live and stabilisation.\nOwn and coordinate timely status updates. Maintain actions, risks, issues and dependencies registers\nApply the GBS Stage Gate methodology and support associated governance reviews.\nBuild strong working relationships across a complex, global stakeholder environment.\nCapture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of GBS programme delivery standards and ways of working.\nDevelop broader project management capability through progressively more complex delivery assignments.\nEssential Experience\nPractical project, transition, or transformation experience, with evidence of personally owning defined delivery activities.\nExposure to transition or significant business change - including at least one transition, migration, mobilisation or transformation project.\nExperience turning agreed scope into deliverables and coordinating plans, risks and dependencies across stakeholders.\nAble to organise work effectively, maintain momentum and follow through on commitments.\nSound judgement and problem-solving skills with ability to escalate decisions where required\nClear written and verbal communication.\nComfortable working across functions and geographies in a matrix environment.\nProactive and willing to take ownership rather than waiting to be directed.\nAble to work with ambiguity and changing priorities.\nMotivated to develop a career in project/programme management.\nDesirable experience\nGBS, Shared Services or GCC exposure.\nExperience of service transition, operating-model change and transformation.\nFamiliarity with project planning, RAID, governance, reporting or stage-gate approaches.\nExperience scheduling in Microsoft Project (MSP) or an equivalent tool.\nWorking towards a recognised PM qualification such as APM PMQ, PMP or PRINCE2\n5+ years of professional experience\nWhat do we offer:\nAnnual bonus based on financial results and employee performance evaluation. \nEmployer financed private healthcare at LuxMed for employees.
