The role maintains the plan, controls and delivery discipline needed to turn requirements into agreed outputs and escalate issues early. As part of the Portfolio Office deployable resource pool, the role is assigned to priority projects under a Program Manager. It coordinates contributors, applies common standards and leads delivery through influence, while the Program Manager retains accountability for wider program integration and benefits.
