You will be someone who brings structure, pace and clarity to delivery, while working collaboratively with stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party partners.\nWe are looking for Project Managers who can balance strong governance and financial control with pragmatism, adaptability and a clear focus on realising benefits for the business.\nWhat you will be doing:\nWe are looking for Project Managers who take end-to-end ownership for planning, managing and delivering projects to agreed time, cost and quality outcomes, while keeping scope and benefits under control. Additional key accountabilities include:\nDeliver with accountability: We are looking for Project Managers who take end-to-end ownership for planning, managing and delivering projects to agreed time, cost and quality outcomes, while keeping scope and benefits under control.\nLead through others: You will be confident building trusted relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party partners, creating alignment and shared ownership of outcomes.\nManage suppliers and quality: We need people who can oversee third-party Statements of Work and deliverables, holding partners to account and ensuring outputs meet agreed standards and acceptance criteria.\nSurface and resolve issues early: You will be proactive in identifying, managing and escalating risks, issues, assumptions and decisions clearly and constructively.\nBring commercial and financial control: We are looking for Project Managers who can manage budgets, supplier performance, resource burn and reporting in line with PPMO processes, ensuring value for money and effective cost control.\nPlan resources effectively: You will maintain clear resource plans, communicate current and future needs, and support informed decision-making around capacity and capability.\nApply robust governance: We need people who can work within standardised delivery frameworks and apply PPMO standards consistently, bringing rigour without unnecessary bureaucracy.\nAdapt and stay pragmatic: You will be comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous and changing environments, adapting plans while maintaining momentum and focus on outcomes.\nImprove how we deliver: We are looking for people who embrace lessons learned, contribute to continuous improvement and help drive greater efficiency, consistency and delivery excellence.\nPrioritise safety and compliance: You will ensure safety, regulatory and compliance considerations are appropriately embedded into project planning and execution.\nPreferred requirements:\nA strong track record of delivering large, complex or transformational projects, ideally involving multiple third parties and cross-functional teams.\nThe ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity, bringing clarity, focus and momentum to teams.\nStrong problem-solving, critical thinking and systems-thinking capability.\nExperience managing third-party suppliers and contracts, with a clear focus on delivery performance, commercial outcomes and quality.\nStrong commercial acumen, including the ability to manage budgets, forecast costs and support effective supplier negotiations.\nExcellent stakeholder management, relationship-building and influencing skills, including within matrix environments.\nA highly organised, accountable and delivery-focused approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive projects to completion.\nA proactive communication style, including the confidence to escalate issues early and clearly to enable timely resolution and avoid surprises.\nPragmatism, flexibility and resilience, with a collaborative and transparent approach to working with others.\nAcross these roles, we are particularly interested in Project Managers who have delivered in one or more of the following areas:\nApplication transformation and modernisation initiatives, including application migrations, upgrades, rationalisation, and cloud adoption.\nSoftware and digital product development projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nInfrastructure and cloud transformation projects, including datacentre, server, storage, network, and cloud platform initiatives.\nEnd-user computing and workplace technology projects, including device refresh, Windows upgrades, VDI, M365 deployment, InTune, MECM, DHCP, Mobile devices and device management and collaboration tooling.\n Identity and Access Management projects, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), privileged access, and role-based access controls.\nCyber security and resilience initiatives, including vulnerability remediation, compliance, backup resilience, disaster recovery, and security tooling deployment.\nLarge scale enterprise level application deployments -
