Key responsibilities include:\nDefining, developing, and substantiating Repair Instructions and coordinating implementation at internal and external Repair suppliers.\nEstablishing acceptance standards for service-run components and supporting MRO operations in hardware disposition.\nCollaborating with Materials Repair Technology teams to develop and apply innovative repair and inspection technologies.\nIdentifying opportunities to reduce repair costs and improve component reliability.\nDriving continuous improvement in processes and tools used for developing and supporting repair instructions.\nWho We’re Looking For\nAt Rolls-Royce, we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple, and make a difference.
