As we continue to invest and expand across the region, our teams are at the forefront of this growth, advancing innovative technologies and shaping the future of reliable, sustainable power.\nWhat you will be doing:\nWith this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:\nWork with the Sr. Manager for Facilities and Maintenance to deliver the department objectives.\nPlan, coordinate, deliver and oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, HVAC controls, fire alarm systems, and backup power systems. \nPlan, coordinate, deliver and oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM), Fixed Electrical Testing (FET), Infrared Testing (IR) and reactive maintenance on HV and LV electrical systems.\nManage capital projects related to facility electrical upgrades, expansions, and energy efficiency initiatives.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure plant reliability.\nPerform load calculations, short-circuit analysis, arc flash assessments, and system capacity planning.\nEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA, OSHA).\nDevelop and maintain preventive maintenance plans for electrical systems and equipment.\nLead and support energy management and sustainability programs.\nCoordinate with external vendors, contractors, and utility companies as needed.\nDevelop framework contracts and Service Level Agreements for external Service Providers.\nOversee and assess work performance of external service providers. \nMaintain accurate documentation of electrical systems and facility drawings, including one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and maintenance records.\nProvide technical support to maintenance and operations teams during equipment installation, upgrades, or modifications.\nPosition Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, with minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities, with a strong focus on electrical systems.\n“Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.”\n Preferred Qualifications:\nLicensed Professional Engineer (PE)\nCertified Energy Manager (CEM)\nOSHA 30-Hour Certification\nExcellent understanding of electrical power systems, including 12,470V, 480V and low-voltage controls.\nFamiliarity with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM Power Tools).\nKnowledge of PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems.\nWork Conditions\nDaily work is performed in an office and general manufacturing environments.
