The successful candidate will drive cost optimization, supplier performance, operational efficiency, procurement governance, and sustainable procurement practices within a highly matrixed and international environment.\nThe role operates at both strategic and operational levels, partnering closely with regional business leaders, global procurement teams, finance, operations, legal, and functional stakeholders to deliver long-term procurement value and business continuity across APAC.\nThis is a key leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management Procurement Leadership\nDefine and execute APAC indirect procurement strategies aligned with global procurement objectives and regional business priorities\nLead and develop a high-performing procurement team responsible for freight, logistics, construction services, consumables, operational supplies, and indirect procurement activities across APAC\nDrive procurement initiatives to achieve cost savings, operational efficiency, supplier optimization, and long-term value creation\nEstablish procurement governance, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards to support strategic quality\nMonitor supplier performance through structured governance frameworks, scorecards, and performance reviews\nDrive supplier accountability against KPIs including quality, delivery, Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline\nMinimum 8 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, energy, marine, or multinational environments\nStrong experience managing indirect procurement categories such as logistics, services, consumables, facilities, and operational support services\nProven experience managing regional procurement operations across APAC markets\nStrong leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams within a matrix organization\nProven experience in:Strategic sourcing and category management\nSupplier negotiation and contract management\nProcurement governance and compliance\nCost optimization and procurement transformation initiatives\nStakeholder management across regional and global environments\n\nExcellent commercial acumen with hands-on experience leading complex
