Work to resolve internal issues accordingly.\nEnsure nonconformance cost of the projects stays within the agreed threshold.\nLead the team to realize change order opportunities into actual orders.\nBe the functional lead of the country managers in the regional execution SSC.\nEnsuring the APAC hub and the regional execution SSC collaborates for PSB execution excellence.\nWork with counterparts in the other hubs for best practices and staying abreast of the latest customer developments.\nPrepare the monthly execution status report for the senior management by working with the internal stakeholders.\nCollaborate with the APAC PMO team on overall project portfolio improvement initiatives.\nOrganize lessons learnt for APAC.\nOther Matters:\n Travel overseas on business, when required.\n Updates oneself with project management best practices\n Special assignment from time to time.\nPosition requirements:\nUniversity studies in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering fields.\nMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management and execution of engineered solution business, out of which a minimum of 5 years within the relevant sector, revenue responsibility and leadership experience.\nExperience in the diesel generator industry would be an added advantage.\nProven track record to manage portfolio of projects and deliver within schedule, budget, and specifications.\nAttained project management certification (PMP) or similar.\nStrong skillsets in negotiation and communication skills are essential to the role, with proficiency in multiple Asian language skills a distinct advantage.
