You will ensure sourcing execution aligns with category strategies and compliance standards while maintaining accurate data and templates.\nA critical part of your role will be coordinating category insights to inform sourcing decisions and supporting supplier selection and contracting processes. You will collaborate closely with global Indirect Procurement teams and stakeholders to deliver timely, effective sourcing outcomes that optimise cost, mitigate risk and strengthen supplier relationships. By applying strong analytical skills and execution capability, you will help streamline sourcing processes and contribute to the organisation’s long-term success.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and suppliers, and is passionate about driving efficiency and value through best-in-class sourcing practices.\nKey Accountabilities:\nManage RFx events from setup to completion, ensuring alignment with category strategies and sourcing objectives\nPrepare sourcing templates, event documentation, and ensure all materials meet compliance and governance standards\nCoordinate supplier qualification, evaluate responses and prepare bid analysis reports to support informed decision-making\nCoordinate negotiation activities and maintain documentation of outcomes\nAssist in drafting, reviewing, and managing supplier agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies\nValidate and analyse category and spend data to identify sourcing opportunities and inform execution strategies\nWork closely with Category Managers, Procurement teams and business stakeholders to ensure sourcing activities meet business needs\nAdhere to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards throughout sourcing processes\nIdentify opportunities to streamline sourcing processes, improve efficiency, and enhance supplier engagement\nKey Experiences and Qualifications:\n+3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories\nHands-on experience executing RFx events and supporting negotiation activities with deep knowledge in sourcing activities\nExperience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry\nUnderstanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence \nWorking knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa\nDemonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others\nProven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives\nPassion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma\nWhat do we offer:\nAnnual bonus based on financial results and employee performance evaluation. \nEmployer financed private healthcare at LuxMed for employees.
