Acting as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations, this role develops and executes production plans, drives continuous improvement, mitigates supply chain risks, and uses data-driven decision-making to support business objectives.\nWhat you will be doing\nOptimize inventory levels by managing safety stock, monitoring excess and obsolete inventory, and adjusting purchase orders to support production requirements while meeting supplier delivery targets.\nSupport Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity planning to align production with customer demand and business objectives\nMonitor and analyze key performance metrics-including On-Time Delivery (OTD), schedule adherence, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, capacity utilization, and past-due orders-to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.\nPrepare performance reports and dashboards for leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommending corrective actions to improve operational performance.\nBasic Requirements:\nAssociate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field + 4 years of experience in procurement, supplier, or materials management, OR\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field + 2 years of experience in procurement, supplier, or materials management, OR\nMaster’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, OR\nJD/PhD in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, OR\n6 + years of experience in procurement, supplier, or materials management, in lieu of a degree\nIn order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent.
