You will also drive process robustness, standardisation and digitalisation, improving data integrity, planning visibility and decision making.\nThis role reports to Duncan Siddall - VP Planning & Control, Repair Operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Repair SIOP, translating engine requirements into robust repair demand and supply plans.\nOwn the forward repair demand signal across the Repair Vendor Network.\nLead load and capacity planning, aligning demand with vendor capacity and capability.\nIdentify, prioritise and escalate supply chain risks and constraints impacting engine delivery.\nEstablish robust, standard Planning & Control processes, with clear governance and adherence.\nDrive digitalisation and automation of planning processes, improving data integrity, visibility and decision making.\nEnsure plans and commitments are accurately reflected within MRP/ERP systems.\nDrive continuous improvement across planning processes, systems and capability.\nLead and develop the Planning team, embedding strong Planning & Control competencies.\nQualifications & Skills\nExperience in Supply Chain Planning & Control, demand planning or SIOP/S&OP.\nStrong understanding of load and capacity planning, MRP and supply chain processes.\nProven leadership and ability to influence outside the area of direct control.\nExperience developing and embedding robust, standardised processes.\nExperience using digital tools, automation and data to improve planning effectiveness.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.\nBroad understanding of MRO, Purchasing, Engineering and Operations.\nWorking knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; SAP knowledge preferred.\nRegional Benefits:\nGenerous Annual Leave\nRetirement Savings through the Rolls-Royce Retirement Savings Trust\nGroup Life Assurance provides for a lump sum benefit if you die whilst employed by Rolls-Royce\nGroup Income Protection provides an income in the event that you are unable to work due to illness or injury\nYour Shares: Matched is a simple way to own Rolls-Royce shares and invest in our future, together.
