There is now the opportunity to join this exciting world class team in preparation for our future programmes which will provide successful applicants with opportunities to expand their knowledge across all areas of gas turbine operation and development testing.\nWhat you will be doing:\n· Manage Design & Make of rig demonstrators.\n· Management and integration of technical requirements including estimation, planning & management of cost & schedule.\n· Management of Integrated Project Team (both internal & external resources) including Risk & mitigation management.\n· Proposal, management, and integration of supply chains including:\n· Documentation and communication of technical issues, test and inspection results.\n· Managing of technical audits and project reviews & Customer & stakeholder management.\n· Support development of new tools, testing techniques and procedures to increase the effectiveness of the Rig Management Engineer role and the wider organisation.\nWho we’re looking for:\n· Candidate qualifications will be a mix of HNC, HND and degree level and this will be reflected in the starting grade.\n· At least 3 years minimum work experience post-graduation.\n· Knowledge of gas turbines, engineering standards and processes.\n· Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets and driving to schedules.\n· Strong Communication Skills.\n· Organised with the ability to prioritise\n· Strong customer facing interpersonal skills with the ability to lead integrated teams\nRegional Benefits:\nGenerous Annual Leave \nRetirement Savings \nGroup Life Assurance provides for a lump sum benefit if you die whilst employed by Rolls-Royce\nGroup Income Protection provides an income in the event that you are unable to work due to illness or injury \nYour Shares: Matched is a simple way to own Rolls-Royce shares and invest in our future, together.
