Working in a fast-paced environment you will be responsible for the operation of various types of Machines and a wide range of other manual activities. Full training will be given to successful candidates that will cover all elements of the role. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who are willing to work flexibly to support business requirements. A diligent person who can understand the importance of HS&E procedural requirements and compliance.\nGCSE Maths and English grade C or above, or equivalent literacy and numeracy.\nHigh level of manual dexterity.\nEssential Qualifications:\nExperience of working in aerospace industry\nExperience of working to Technical instructions.\nGood organisation skills, numerical and reasoning skills.\nExperience of working as part of a high performing team.\nBasic IT skills\nSuccessful candidates will be expected to work a 2 shift pattern which is Mornings and Afternoons\nOur vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future.
