This role focuses primarily on managing and resolving internal and external accounts queries, ensuring the timely and accurate resolution, providing support to clients and contributing to the smooth running of the department.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcessing of daily payments from the bank.\n\nAssisting property managers and branches with queries.\n\nReviewing landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts.\n\nProcessing statements to landlords.\n\nSetting up/amending charges for rent, commission and other fees.\n\nProcessing invoices from suppliers.\n\nTimely completion of any required reporting.\n\nComplete a daily bank reconciliation and client account reconciliation on Reapit\n\nSupporting the team across other tasks where required.\n\nWhat are we looking for:\nEssential:\nExperience within a property or client accounting related role (1 year minimum).\n\nHigh levels of numerical competency, able to make accurate calculations, and to explain them to clients in simple terms.\n\nAbility to build and maintain relationships with the property managers & branch staff.\n\nStrong attention to detail and consistently delivering high levels of accuracy,\n\nAbility to prioritise workloads under pressure.\n\nDesirable:\nOrganised and punctual.\n\nSolutions focused, able to identify and implement proactive solutions for the benefit of the client, preventing escalation and delivering an excellent client experience.\n\nA good understanding of the residential lettings sector, the role of client accounting and key skills required.\n\nWhat we can offer you:\nProven track record for career growth and advancement within the company\n\nMarket leading training and ongoing professional development\n\nSupportive and collaborative team environment\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive base salary\n\nQuarterly and yearly awards\n\nSalary sacrifice pension scheme\n\nGenerous Holiday allowance\n\nLRG are an equal opportunities employer and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
