Managerの役割：\n弊社は、物流・小売企業様向けに、ロボットピッキング・自動倉庫をコア技術とした各種ソリューションを開発・展開していますが、事業ドメインを大きく捉えると“物流・小売り×デジタル”という最も変化が早く、様々なプレイヤーが関わる領域の1つです。\nROMSのProduct Managerは、この広範でスピーディーな市場の日々の動向を調査、その裏側にある物流・小売企業／消費者のニーズを深く洞察し、プロダクトの企画・機能設計を行います。\n当社はハードウェアからウェブサービス、toCからtoBといった幅広い領域で、小売企業様のオムニチャネル各フェーズをサポートするプロダクトを開発しております。その中で必要な機能・必要なプロダクトを企画・進化させていく仕事です。\n開発中のプロダクト：\n現在開発しているプロダクトの一例です。\n- KIOSK：無人店舗であるRCS（Robotics Convenience Store）やネットスーパー向け自動フルフィルメントセンターであるNFC（Nano-Fulfillment Center）で商品を購入したり、受け取ったりすることが出来るKIOSKアプリ\n- Gateway：複数のEC/Quick Commerce/ネットスーパーチャネルと一元的に接続、注文情報を集約し、オペレーターへ必要なオペレーションを提示するGateway\n- Analytics Platform：Gatewayを介して蓄積されたデータをもとに、品揃えや在庫管理、店舗改善施策を推奨するAnalytics Platform\n- WMS：RCSやNFC、実店舗の在庫管理等を行うためのマスターシステム\n- マニュアルピッキングシステム：注文情報をもとに店頭での商品ピッキングを支援するマニュアルピッキングシステム\n- ロボットピッキングシステム：NFCやRCSで取り扱う商品のロボットによるピッキングシステム\n- UI/UX：RCSやNFCをお客様に使っていただくためのECシステム・モバイルアプリ・KIOSK・Gateway・Analytics PlatformのUI/UX\nROMS
