\ntimelines and milestones; \nbudgets; \nresource requirements; \ndependencies; \nkey deliverables; and \nacceptance criteria. \n\nManage internal teams, implementation partners, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle. \n\nTrack project progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with approved requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. \n\nIdentify project risks, issues, constraints, and dependencies early and establish appropriate mitigation or resolution plans. \n\nEscalate significant risks or issues to service delivery or senior management where necessary. \n\nEstablish and coordinate project governance activities, including project status reporting, management updates, steering meetings, action tracking, decision tracking, and stakeholder communications. \n\nManage project change requests by coordinating documentation, impact assessment, stakeholder review, approval, and implementation tracking. \n\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users and delivery teams, ensuring testing feedback and defects are appropriately tracked through to closure. \n\nPlan and coordinate training, user communications, business-readiness activities, and change-management initiatives to support successful system adoption. \n\nOversee the transition of completed projects into operational support and maintenance. \n\nEnsure project handover includes appropriate documentation, knowledge transfer, system access, support procedures, warranty information, and post-implementation support arrangements. \n\nManage multiple concurrent technology initiatives within the assigned project portfolio. \n\nProjects may include areas such as: \nend-user computing and workstation modernisation; \nself-service kiosk solutions; \ncontact and call-centre technologies; \nAI-powered virtual assistants and chatbots; \nlive-streaming and recording platforms; and \nother enterprise or customer-facing digital initiatives. \n\nPlan and facilitate structured focus-group and user-engagement sessions during relevant project stages. \n\n Work with representative users and stakeholders to validate UI/UX concepts, wireframes, prototypes, customer journeys, and usability requirements. \n\n Consolidate user feedback and ensure approved findings are incorporated into subsequent design and implementation activities. \n\n Maintain clear and complete project records, including requirements, approvals, decisions, risks, changes, testing outcomes, and handover documentation. \n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in IT project management, digital transformation, system implementation, or related technology project delivery.\n\nDegree or equivalent professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline. \n\n Proven experience managing IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise applications, or technology implementations. \n\nExperience managing projects across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational handover. \n\nStrong knowledge of project-management principles covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and quality. \n\nExperience managing external technology vendors, implementation partners, and internal project teams. \n\nStrong requirements-gathering and business-analysis capabilities. \n\nExperience preparing project requirements, specifications, acceptance criteria, or procurement documentation. \n\n Familiarity with vendor evaluation and selection processes. \n\n Strong experience in project governance, reporting, risk management, issue management, and change control. \n\n Experience coordinating UAT, training, business-readiness, and implementation activities. \n\n Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously. \n\n Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, and senior management. \n\nStrong organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. \n\nAbility to produce clear project documentation, management reports, and executive-level updates. \n\nExperience coordinating workshops, focus groups, or structured user-engagement sessions. \n\nUnderstanding of UI/UX validation, user journeys, prototypes, or usability testing would be beneficial. \n\nCandidates must be available to work on a shift or roster basis, including weekends and Singapore Public Holidays, where required by project or operational needs.\n\nPreferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience managing projects involving enterprise applications, CRM/ERP, e-commerce, customer engagement, AI, contact centres, or digital platforms. \n\n Experience delivering customer-facing technology involving web, mobile, kiosk, POS, contact centre, chatbot, or other digital channels. \n\n Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project-delivery methodologies. \n\n Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Planner, or equivalent platforms. \n\n Knowledge of ITIL or structured service-management environments would be advantageous. \n\n Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project-management qualifications would be beneficial. \n\n Exposure to Microsoft enterprise technologies such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft 365 would be advantageous. \n\nKnowledge of and experience with omni-channel and multi-touchpoint e-commerce systems, customer journeys, integrations, and associated operational workflows will be preferred.\n\nWhy Join Us?
