What you’ll do
As a Relief Veterinarian on Roo, you’ll:

- Step in confidently to support hospital teams during coverage gaps.
- Review transparent shift details up front, including pay, schedule, and expectations.
- Deliver thoughtful, ethical medicine while adapting to different clinic environments.
- Help pets, support teams, and head home without the long-term strings attached.

What you’ll need
- An active veterinary license in good standing in the state(s) where you plan to work.
- Prior clinical veterinary experience.
- Comfort stepping into new hospital settings and software systems.
- A collaborative, professional approach with hospital teams and clients.
- Personal liability insurance (strongly recommended).
