You'll spot risks before they become churn and directly grow the revenue line the company watches most.\nThe role blends genuine relationship building with a data-informed operating rhythm. You'll work from booking data, engagement signals, and CRM insights to know each vet's story, catch changes early, and decide where your week goes. You'll also represent Roo in person through vet events, community programming, and conference presence.\nPlease note for this role, the territory you will be supporting will require being located in a CT, PST or MT timezone. \nPlease see below for compensation ranges based on our geographical tiering system recommended by external benchmark data (with example cities listed).
